Refund policy

Regular and sale price merchandise is eligible to be returned or exchanged up to 14 days, unless otherwise noted. The 14 days starts from the day the tracking number shows the package was delivered to you. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

All items must be in unworn, unused condition and tags attached.  If packaging is damaged upon return, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Please email us at customerservice@shopbossybabe.com to arrange for a return. Any items returned to us without prior approval may be rejected.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged at Sweet Pea Designs without prior email approval.

Please note all pre-order items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bossy Babe Points may be affected by any returns made, at the discretion of Bossy Babe customer service. Promotional Bossy Babe Points may be deducted if promotional items are refunded.
